IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

The Implementation Specialist will be completing the tasks defined in a project plan for the conversion of a variety of client clients to the iSolved technology platform.
The Implementation Specialist effectively establishes, maintains, builds and manages the conversion clients. They are responsible for the initial client shell and balancing/verification of the client data into our payroll platform. Register users for client training sessions. Communicate with current payroll specialists throughout the conversion process. This person displays strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills and have a complete understanding of utilizing technology to drive Payroll implementations. Combine analytics and project management skills for client conversions
Top 5 Responsibilities
- Client Conversions – Perform analysis of client needs and responsible for loading payroll, tax and employee data to effectively and efficiently build their customer profile into our payroll platform.
- Project Management - Responsible for setting and continually maintaining overall project expectations for multiple new clients simultaneously to ensure success and timeliness of milestone completion. Provide updates to the Paywerx team. This position reports to the Director of Professional Services.
- Data Accuracy & Analysis – Conversion files are generated from current system for import into new payroll application. Responsible for review and accuracy of client data and your data load to ensure our accuracy is maintained for current clients.
- Payroll Processing – Client conversions are a perfect opportunity to review client configuration and data. Process one or two payrolls before transitioning client to Payroll Consultant.
- Trainings – Be the SME for payroll knowledge. Recommendations to internal staff to improve adoption and alignment into the system. Client Training will be assigned to the Training Department.
Qualifications
- 5 years of (SaaS) implementation experience and managing several clients and projects at once
- 3 years of payroll experience
- Strong attention to detail and very organized
- Previous HR industry or HR technology experience. Experience processing payrolls preferred
- Individual contributor and a Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced work environment while managing multiple priorities
- Strong written and oral communication
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and maintain relationships. Make today better than yesterday.
- 5 years experience of Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
