The Solutions Implementation and Process Specialist is responsible for implementation and development of efficient and effective processes related to RNL solutions for EM, FM and GO; as well as creating, organizing, and maintaining documentation that supports our solutions throughout their lifecycle. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, operations, creative, finance, data, and technology.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: (not limited to)

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, manuals, FAQs, technical specifications, release notes, and online help systems

Facilitate process mapping and documentation, creating clear and concise process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions

Develop new solution processes and procedures and evaluate existing solution processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization
- Transform technical information into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand documentation that is suitable for various audiences, including end-users, administrators, and developers

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of documentation through proofreading, editing, and review processes

Organize and categorize documentation content to ensure easy navigation and accessibility for customers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define objectives, develop process improvement strategies, and train on new solutions and enhancements

Continuously update and improve existing documentation based on user feedback, changes, and industry best practices

Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure it remains up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with features and functionalities

Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, including process redesign, standardization, and automation, in collaboration with stakeholders

Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging documentation tools and methodologies, and implement best practices to enhance the documentation process

Project Manage large RNL initiatives
Required:
-
Bachelor's degree in technical writing, business, operations management, computer science, or a related field

2 years’ experience in process development and improvement, technical writing, documentation, or experience in a similar role

Strong understanding of project, process, and documentation management principles, standards, and best practices
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner

Proficiency in process mapping and documentation using tools such as Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart

Experience creating visuals for documentation (screenshots, diagrams, etc.)

Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative documentation platforms

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address process-related challenges

Strong sense of curiosity and growth mindset

Travel negligible

Remote/virtual work environment must be free from distractions while performing the essential functions of the job and have a reliable network connection
- Position predominantly includes sitting/standing for long periods of time, close vision through the use of a computer screen, extensive keyboarding, talking, hearing, and infrequent light physical effort is required (minimum of fifteen pounds)
