Implementation Specialist jobs in Jackson, MS

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The Implementation Analyst will be responsible for performing project implementation and support tasks as a member of the Functional Team.

• Tasks will include but are not limited to: resolving data migration issues, writing test scenarios, executing functional tests, participating in design meetings, writing functional specification documents, reviewing solutions with subject matter experts, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting end users after go-live.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent team player with good communication and organization skills.

• Experience with HR or Payroll functions.
• Experience with SAP Success Factors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Participated on multiple IT implementation projects as a functional analyst.

• Experience writing functional specification documents and other system documentation.
• Participated in data migration activities (data mapping, validation, etc.).
• Experience testing system functionality.
• Experience troubleshooting system issues.
