We are looking for an Implementation Specialist who can effectively employ superb client-facing skills with a robust set of technical configuration and data manipulation activities. This position is ideally suited to naturally curious and self-directed individuals who enjoy working with clients as well as learning new software and technology solutions.

Responsibilities: 

• Effectively manage concurrent software implementations from kick off to go-live.
• Gather data requirements, configure, test, and validate labor costing software directly with client teams.
• Conduct detailed, interactive training sessions with organizational teams that mostly include Finance, Payroll, and HR personnel.
• Lead software demonstrations for prospective clients, including executives from various public sector agencies.
• Work with product team to tweak requirements for, and test new software features and bug fixes.
• Organize and lead user groups and educational webinars.
• Set a solid foundation for post-delivery engagement by liaising with customer success, ensuring smooth hand-off and knowledge sharing.
• Become subject matter expert and collaborate with product team to enhance knowledge base and software help artifacts.

• Successful candidates must be self-motivated and have a strong desire to be an integral part of a growing team and product suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Finance preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience in the SaaS industry.
• 3  years of experience in accounting, finance, labor negotiations, compensation studies, financial system implementations.
• Strong Microsoft office (particularly Excel) skills.
• Experience working with senior leadership (City Managers, Directors, CFOs, etc.) preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
