Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Windows, SQL Server, and Networking technologies. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining our software solutions for clients. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Deployment: Install and configure software solutions according to client requirements.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting during implementation and post-deployment phases.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use our software effectively.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of deployment processes and configurations.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, development, and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide timely updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Implementation Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and server environments.
• Proficiency in SQL Server database management and SQL querying.
• Familiarity with Networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA Network ) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
