We are currently seeking a dedicated Recruiting Specialist to join our team. This position is crucial in helping us meet our staffing goals and ensuring that our clients receive the best care possible.

Job Description : As a Recruiting Specialist, you will play a vital role in our team by coordinating the hiring process, scheduling caregivers, and ensuring the best possible match between clients and caregivers.

Your responsibilities will include : - Communicating with caregiver applicants, current staff members, and new clients regarding caregiving-related matters.

• Contacting new clients and collecting all necessary information to provide our services.- Participating in grassroots recruiting efforts, which may involve regional travel throughout Maryland.
• Providing on-call weekend coverage on a rotational basis.- Assisting with client / caregiver scheduling tasks- Assisting with various tasks to enhance our business operations as needed.

Qualifications : To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications : - Excellent customer service skills and effective communication.

• Strong attention to detail.- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.- Willingness to learn and improve methods.- Integrity and professionalism at all times.
• Quick problem-solving skills.- Experience with Microsoft applications.- High-speed internet and access to a computer or laptop.

Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with full lifecycle recruiting and onboarding procedures.- Previous experience working as a member of a team.

• Ability to handle workplace conflicts with professionalism.- Reliability, dependability, and maturity.- Minimum of 2 years of HR or recruiting experience, or a combination of a Bachelor's Degree and relevant experience.
• Location : Maryland (Hybrid position with some regional travel)Job Type : Full-TimeSchedule : Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, with potential on-call weekends in rotationSalary : $17-$20 per hour (depending on experience);
