Job Description:

It’s predicted almost 80 million Americans don’t have access to dental insurance. Devdent’s creation of Imagn Software enables dentists to bill medical insurance over dental insurance, expanding the care available for these individuals as well as expanding the coverage for insured individuals. Dental practices are jumping on the opportunity to implement this software.

This role specifically involves connecting with incoming clients after the sale is closed and walking them through onboarding, training, and implementation processes so that the integration of this software is as seamless as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Working with sales team for clean transition from closed to implementation
• Scheduling and maintaining onboarding protocol by date
• Reports to Operations Strategist
• Able to learn and Master Imagn Software
• Able to learn basic understanding of dental practice structure

Qualifications:

• Evidence of a growth mindset
• Proven experience in team oriented situations (be prepared to share results or examples)
• Reputable Customer Service (request: reference provided on resume)
• Coachable - quick learner (be prepared to share examples as evidence)

Perk not required:

• Account Management experience - Directly represent a client
