Prepares and reviews all required documentation, coding, and calculations of duties, tariffs, price conversions. Being an Import/Export Administrator completes any required payment transactions that accompany shipments. Ensures that all documentation is up to date and recorded in tracking systems. Additionally, Import/Export Administrator typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Import/Export Administrator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     • Support managers and Corporate HR team with personnel and cultural initiatives
    • Drive local labor and safety compliance regulations
    • Payroll preparation - timesheet review and service charge calculation

    Education and Experience

    • Associates Degree preferred
    • Three to five years of experience in an administrative/accounting/HR role.
    Physical Requirements
    • Prolonged periods of sedentary/stationary work.
    • Occasionally move about the office to access printers, file cabinets, and meet with others.
    • Must be able to communicate verbally with members and employees via phone.
    • Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator or printer.
    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
