We are seeking a Healthcare Support Administrator to provide excellent patient and ensure the clinic is running efficiently. The day-to-day functions include scheduling new and current patient appointments, answering incoming phone calls, greeting and checking in patients, verifying insurance coverage, obtaining necessary authorization, collecting co-pays / other balances, and helping the clinic maintain exceptional performance.

What You Will Need:

• At least 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Great time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.
• Adaptability and positive attitude with fluctuating workloads.
• Self-motivated with the eagerness to learn and grow.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
