Import/Export Administrator administers the documentation processes required to import and export merchandise and materials in compliance with federal, state, local, or country-specific regulations. Prepares and reviews all required documentation, coding, and calculations of duties, tariffs, price conversions. Being an Import/Export Administrator completes any required payment transactions that accompany shipments. Ensures that all documentation is up to date and recorded in tracking systems. Additionally, Import/Export Administrator typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

- Utilize excellent computer skills to navigate various software programs and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
The starting pay is $17.00-$17.50
Full time is anything over 30 hours and the benefit package would include:
Health insurance (Employee company participation)
Vision and dental insurance (100% employee participation, elective)
PTO 2 weeks a year 16 hours personal PTO
Job hours: Tues - Saturday. If you prefer less hours, we could be flexible, however Thursday, Friday and Saturday are mandatory.
Hours 8:30 - 5:00 with ½ hour unpaid lunch. You are welcome to take an hour lunch if needed, but it would be unpaid.
