Job Title: WMS Clerk

Job Location: Montezuma, GA 31063

Summary:

Responsible for assisting with implentation and maintaining inventory reports and reconcilliations of digital and physical inventory

Responsible for scheduling all delivery appointments for freight; inbound calls only Checking drivers in and out of the facility

Collaborate wiht operations, accounting and procurement partners to provide feedback, trasparency into facility inventory levels and provide ad-hoc confirmations as needed Verify inventory systems data (WMS, Cloud Analystics, Netsuite, Looker) to manage warehouse matericals & capacity are adhered to Generate and execute cycle counts and other measurements of inventory accuracy

Validate directed replenishment of goods to production areas, verifying transactions and inventory levels are adequate for upcoming production schedules

Any other duties assigned.

Qualifications

Ability to collaborate with partners across different departments and teams.

Minimum of 1 year experience in data entry, administrative, or other related role

Able to work efficiently with a very high level of attention to detail

Strong math skills.

Strong computer and data entry skills

Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Availability to work either AM or PM Shift, including weekends as

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
