Import/Export Clerk supports import and export operations, including shipment logistics, documentation, and customer service. - Follow set strategies for collection procedures.
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Ability to gather and verify customers’ personal and credit information.
- Retain customer loyalty while initiating processes for the collection of payments.
- Maintain and update records of customers from whom collections are made.
Requirements:
- Proven experience or similar role.
- Cooperation and the ability to work in a team setting is a vital skill required for this position.
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
- Patience and ability to manage stressful work situations.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Problem-solving skills.
- Weekend and Holiday availability.
