• Follow established safe work practices to ensure a safe working environment
• Oversee inter-plant transfer of WIP / RMS materials
• Verify product related to inter-plant transfers gets picked to be shipped as required to meet manufacturing timelines
• Track shipment movement of inter-plant transfers
• Complete any necessary paperwork for shipments as needed
• Liaison between designated departments and facilities to communicate timelines and / or identify and resolve discrepancies / issues
• Keep management informed of challenges affecting the deliverable
• May assist with other functions as needed within the Materials Storage and / or QC departments
• All other duties for the smooth operation of the facility

Required Experience

• Basic Math Skills
• Proficient computer skills including ability to read and manipulate MS Excel spreadsheets
• Excellent and demonstrated attention to detail skills assessment may be required
• Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally
• Proficient with JDE system
• Prior experience processing, handling and maintaining accuracy for shipments outbound
• Forklift Certification preferred but will train
• Ability to travel between facilities as needed
