The Import/Export Clerk works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. The Accounting Clerk will perform high volume data entry, routine clerical tasks, and business communications tasks for the Accounting Department. The Accounting Clerk will also work with internal and external business partners to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Updates, maintains, and reconciles customer and vendor account activity.
- Facilitates payments from customers and to vendors.
- Promptly responds to inquiries from internal and external business partners.
- Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external business partners.
- Clerical tasks; scanning, filing, mailing, etc.
- Providing coverage at Reception when needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
