Import/Export Supervisor supervises the administration of documentation processes required to import and export merchandise and materials in compliance with federal, state, local, or country-specific regulations. Reviews all required documentation and supporting calculations of duties, tariffs, price conversions, weight, and volume of products. Being an Import/Export Supervisor verifies all payment transactions are completed according to requirements. Ensures that all documentation is up to date and recorded in tracking systems. Additionally, Import/Export Supervisor resolves issues and expedites solutions with clients, customs officials, and shippers. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Import/Export Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Import/Export Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Position: Site Supervisor for school/college environment.
Hours: 40 per week.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include 1st & 2nd shifts depending on the campus calendar. Some weekends and Holidays are a must and the hours worked are paid OT in addition to the holiday pay.
Duties:
Oversee staff on a daily basis.
Train cleaning staff to comply with SMG standards.
Inspect the buildings daily.
Practice and enforce safe work habits among the staff and follow SDS & OSHA standards
Manage the absentee/vacation calendar
Perform other duties required by management.
Hourly rate: $19.70 to $21.00

Requirements:
Must have at least 2 -3 years of experience as a housekeeping Supervisor with unionized custodians.
Must have knowledge on universal safety precautions in the cleaning industry.
Mus have experience on all aspects of the cleaning business (stripping & waxing, carpet care, regular cleaning duties) manage large cleaning equipment.
Must have valid Driver’s license in order to drive a company's truck.
Fluent in English & Spanish.
