Reviews all required documentation and supporting calculations of duties, tariffs, price conversions, weight, and volume of products. Being an Import/Export Supervisor verifies all payment transactions are completed according to requirements. Ensures that all documentation is up to date and recorded in tracking systems. Additionally, Import/Export Supervisor resolves issues and expedites solutions with clients, customs officials, and shippers. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Import/Export Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Import/Export Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in education or related field preferred and/or Teacher’s Certification (Bilingual or ESL Certification preferred).
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of three (3) years related work experience in an adult Education setting.

Instructional oversight including teacher observations
