Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance such as oil change, tire rotation, brake repairs, etc.
- Oversee daily operations of the lube center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise team, ability to to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and customers
- Overseeing the overall functioning of the service center including, maintenance, security, and compliance with regulations
- Maintaining effective communication channels with staff and management
- Ensuring high quality customer service and satisfaction by maintaining standards and addressing customer concerns
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Monitor and maintain inventory control, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Enforce organizational, safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Hire, and train new staff members
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive work environment
Experience Needed:
