The Inbound Contact Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.     About the job: Provides lending information to members, interview and take loan applications for credit approval. Process new accounts and other member transactions. Carry out various clerical duties necessary for the smooth functioning of the department. Handle phone, chat and online application inquiries and requests. Conduct these activities in accordance with Credit Union policies, goals and objectives established by the branch manager by performing the following duties.

    Preferred requirements:

    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Sales experience is recommended
    • Basic math skills
