    Work schedule: Monday through Friday


    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Making outbound calls following up on homeowners' inquiries
    • Scheduling and confirming appointments
    • Taking inbound calls for customer service-related questions and marketing leads
    • Providing outstanding customer service
    • Handling an average of 150 calls per day

    Requirements

    •  18 years of age
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in phone-based or face-to-face customer service or sales
    • Must be able to reliably commute to our office for scheduled shifts
    • Must be able to type at least 30 WPM
    • Inbound and outbound calling
    • Collections experience a plus

    **Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check**
