Universal Roof & Contracting is looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to increase lead generation for our Sales Estimators. You may know us from our radio show "In the House" on WDBO. We are a community minded, family-owned business that you can be proud to work for!

Work schedule: Monday through Friday

What You'll Be Doing:

• Making outbound calls following up on homeowners' inquiries
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Taking inbound calls for customer service-related questions and marketing leads
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Handling an average of 150 calls per day

Requirements

•  18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in phone-based or face-to-face customer service or sales
• Must be able to reliably commute to our office for scheduled shifts
• Must be able to type at least 30 WPM
• Inbound and outbound calling
• Collections experience a plus
