Inbound Contact Center Supervisor supervises inbound contact center agents and operations focusing on selling products or services. Monitors metrics and targets for service volume, sales, and timeliness. Being an Inbound Contact Center Supervisor responds to escalated calls with remedies or solutions. Implements sales and product training to update staff on product and service offerings, customer response standards, scripts, operational policies, and procedures. Additionally, Inbound Contact Center Supervisor prepares staff work schedules to ensure coverage and coordinate training. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Inbound Contact Center Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Inbound Contact Center Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     As a Contact Center (Self Determination) Support Specialist or SDSS, you’ll work on a team to deliver great customer service (on the phone) to people self-directing their care as well as other stake holders.

    In this job, you’ll take on a variety of work. From listening to and resolving customer issues to making sure paychecks are correct. Your job is instrumental in making sure the people we serve stay safe and happy.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Enter information into databases, such as a call log, for effective record keeping
    • Prepare and send documents via DocuSign or email
    • Ensure the proper naming and saving of documents in the document management system
    • Assist customers in returning documents
    • Manage DocuSign accounts and support issues from the operations staff and customers
    • Ensure all compliance standards are met for audit purposes
    • Timesheet reviewing and time tracking
    • Accurately and efficiently complete payroll checklists for assigned agencies
    • Work with your team leader to identify strategies for reducing errors
    • Collaborate with your team to resolve rejected timesheet issues
    • Bill agencies for timely reimbursement

    EDUCATION

    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Associate degree preferred
