What you will be doing:
 
- Leads multiple high impact or complex district/local engineering initiatives within Operations and related functional areas.
- Develops new methods, best practices, and sets target levels for complex / non-standard operations which will typically involve specialist knowledge.
- Conducts independent audits and leads small audit project teams focusing on specific, typically complex operational areas or locations. Defines the area of audit focus ensuring accurate gap analysis & meaningful recommendations that improve the defined area of the operation.
- Develops new or innovative solutions to diverse operation’s related problems by utilising creative problem solving techniques. Identifies opportunities to improve operation’s related processes and translates ideas into workable solutions for the business.
- Acts as a subject matter expert to senior management in operations and P&E, on specific projects / problems & operations scenarios.
