We offer on the job training as well as competitive pay, PTO, 401K with company match, profit-sharing, life insurance, health and dental insurance, work clothes and so much more. Overnights and weekend work is required. We offer automatic time and a half for Saturday and automatic double time for Sunday. Opportunities for pay advancements (outside of annual review) through acquiring certifications from IKECA. For each certification acquired you will receive an additional dollar an hour.
