Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 / year with Incentive Opportunities (depending on experience & qualifications)

Not only were they cheaply made, but they were very dangerous as well. As the brothers grew older, this problem only became worse with the influx of overseas manufacturing. This did not sit well with the Mid-western valued brothers that loved American manufacturing.

Therefore, they founded Vyper Industrial and hit the ground running with a vision to manufacture American Made garage products and to build thousands of American jobs. They started with the first product, the Vyper Chair, and are moving into many different products as Vyper grows. From growing 110% since last year combined with a vision to take over this industry, the team here at Vyper won’t settle for anything less than market domination.

OVERVIEW:

Vyper is hiring a Key Account Manager to drive overall business success through optimizing key accounts, identifying new opportunities, and efficiently resolving issues. Collaborate with the sales team, achieve revenue targets, and stay informed about industry trends. Your role involves proactive strategy implementation, effective communication, and building trust through transparency.

DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES:

• Optimize the growth and longevity of key accounts through strategic management and relationship development
• Identify and establish new key accounts through targeted outreach and relationship building
• Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth
• Align company products/services with client goals
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Stay informed about company products/services and industry trends
• Anticipate potential challenges and devise strategies for overcoming them
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned quotas

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (or similar field)
• Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager
• Experience leading a team
• 4 years of Sales
• Obtaining certifications related to sales, key account management, or industry specific (CKAM) (CPSP)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Ability to build trust through transparency

COMPENSATION:

The anticipated pay for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 / year with Incentive Opportunities, starting depending upon a candidate’s experience, qualifications, and job-related knowledge/skills.

This role is an exempt position, qualifying for insurance and 401k benefits following 30 days of service and Paid Time Off / Sick Days following 90 days.

Salary at Vyper is determined by a combination of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
