    We are seeking a passionate and organized Project Manager to own and lead a full range of deliverables for our brands from concept to final delivery. The Project Manager will assist in the planning and delivery of solutions on time, on budget, on strategy, and at the highest level of quality.


     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own and manage projects for assigned brands through the project's entire life cycle from concept to deployment.
    • Develop and manage all schedules, status tracking, resource projection, allocation and consumption, team expectations, and budgets for assigned jobs.
    • Ensure all deadlines are met, the project budget is monitored, and stakeholders are informed of status at all stages; collaborate with Account Management & Creative teams to manage client expectations and project workflow.
    • Understand, uphold, and enforce internal procedures; understand Client processes and develop timelines accordingly.
    • Risk mitigation related to scope and quality includes clearly describing problems and potential solutions to senior staff in anticipation of problems or when they arise.
    • Manage internal review, approval, presentation preparation, and delivery to clients with a team.
    • Lead routing process for assigned projects through WRIKE; review deliverables with cross-functional team members.
    • Ensure that project time tracking and budget reconciliations are accurate and updated.
    • Ensure Quality Assurance is carried out on all deliverables.


     

    Desired Skills & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; PMP certification or equivalent experience.
    • 4 years of experience in traffic management, project management, or implementation in an agency setting.
    • Understanding the influence and interactions between business requirements and units, agency/client/third party dynamics, and interactive deliverables.
    • Working knowledge of an integrated marketing landscape, including but not limited to omnichannel media, branding, messaging platforms, strategy, inbound, lead gen, experiential, product, etc.
    • Strong sense of ownership with process and results.
    • Strong interpersonal, writing, and verbal skills.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to influence others in these areas.
    • Ability to motivate teams, find creative solutions to complex problems, and multi-task.
    • Experience in WRIKE is a plus.
