As a Service Technician (also known as HVAC Technician, Maintenance Technician), you'll be responsible for installing and servicing heating and cooling units, managing large equipment, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves travel between job sites, working at heights, and handling special tools and equipment.

• 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean traffic violation record.
• Proficiency in HVAC, quality inspection, electrical troubleshooting, and customer service.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong mathematical skills, with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Knowledge of potable water systems, hydronics and air distribution systems of cooling and heating systems.
• Ability to read and decipher schematic drawings.
