Industrial Hygienist jobs in Canton, OH

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of correctional industries workers.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to workers based on their skills and abilities.
- Monitor and evaluate worker performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a productive work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of worker attendance, productivity, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and tools are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with vocational instructors to provide training opportunities for workers.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of correctional facility operations and regulations.
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
