Industrial Hygienist jobs in Mesa, AZ
Industrial Hygienist coordinates, plans and conducts programs to educate employees about cleanliness, safety and sanitation in the workplace. Inspects facilities and work areas to prescribes corrective actions to reduce the health risks. Being an Industrial Hygienist provides advice on methods and procedures to reduce occupational health risks. Determines measures to avoid any recurrence of accidents. Additionally, Industrial Hygienist evaluates facilities to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promotes maintenance of a sanitary working environment. Conducts training in environmental compliance and the handling of hazardous materials. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager. The Industrial Hygienist contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Revolution Industrial is looking for experienced Industrial Coating Painters/Sandblasters. This position performs industrial sandblasting and industrial coating application.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Working from various heights.
- Maintains a clean workspace and is responsible for shop cleaning.
- Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces.
- Preparing parts for paint, masking, cleaning, and hanging on rack.
- Finishing operations and packaging, paint touch up, part marking, etc.
- Prepare steel or other surfaces with primer or sandblasters
- Mask and tape surfaces before painting
- Spray-paint surfaces
- Ensure proper ventilation after paint is applied
- Read technical drawings to prepare and plan for painting
- Operate a forklift and overhead crane
- Removes burrs or excess metal from machined parts.
- Adherence to all company policies, procedures, external regulations and legal requirements.
