Industrial Sewing Operator

1st shift / Mon – Fri / 7am-4:30pm

$17 per hr

PrideStaff Greenville is seeking an experienced Industrial Sewing Operator on behalf of our client in Mauldin, SC.

We are searching for a skilled and reliable Industrial Sewing Operator, who will be trained to hem vinyl signs and work with heat transfers according to the work order.

Industrial Sewing Operator responsibilities include:

· Sewing and seamstress duties for a variety of materials

· Application of vinyl graphics using heat transfer process to various substrates

· Accurately measure and cut material as needed

· Use basic math skills to place graphics accurately on material

Industrial Sewing Operator required skills / experience include:

· Industrial Sewing experience

· Must be able to read a tape measure to the 1/16 inch and skilled with cutting instruments

· Must work well in a team environment

· Requires frequent standing, balancing, bending, or stooping for prolonged periods of time

· Strong attention to detail along with good hand-eye coordination

· Basic math skills

· Ability to work in a high-volume manufacturing environment

· Ability to multi-task, working on multiple projects

· Ability to produce quality work
