Industrial Truck and Tractor Operator jobs in Medford, OR
Industrial Truck and Tractor Operator drives gasoline or diesel powered tractors to move materials and tow trailers. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and must be licensed to operate a industrial truck/tractor. Being an Industrial Truck and Tractor Operator also requires 2-4 years of experience. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Industrial Truck and Tractor Operator relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. Seeking professional driver to drive tow trucks and tow cars from accident scenes, as well as from parking lots, street curbs, driveways and other locations. Driver will be responsible for getting vehicles from public and private property to a garage or repair shop.
Responsibilities:
- Drive vehicle.
- Identify and secure vehicle to tow.
- Drive vehicle at night.
- Communicate with customers.
- Drive under pressure.
- Deal with difficult customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
