DEPARTMENT:             Hotel/Food & Beverage

REPORTS TO:                Hotel Manager/Director of Hospitality Services

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for maintaining acceptable and accurate inventory par levels.  They report shortages, overages and all inventory levels monthly.  

They must keep accurate records of inventory levels and establish locations for easy retrieval.  This is critical in keeping the departments organized and efficient.

TASKS:

1. Assist receiving in receipt and stocking of goods.
2. Keep accurate records of inventory levels and locations.
3. Assist in physical inventories monthly.
4. Replenish goods as needed.
5. Order for special events.
6. Update order guides as needed.
7. Maintain sanitation standards by local, state and federal guidelines and Treasure Bay policy.
8. Assist managers/chefs in other venues as needed.
9. Maintain a balance of inventory to prevent obsolescence and breakage.
10. Maintain supplies for kitchen and front of house. 
11. Maintain a record of transfers and disposals.
12. Assist outlet Chefs or Sous Chefs in maintaining proper rotation and organization of all dry good and cooler/freezer areas in all kitchens.
13. Assist in organizing small wares storage areas in Buffet and EDR.
14. Secure sample products for tastings and cuttings
15. Contact for donation pick-up.
16. Assist with food prep or food running when needed.
17. Demonstrate a positive helpful attitude. 
18. To perform any other duties requested by the Sous Chef, Supervisors, and Manager.

The following activities are normally required to perform these functions:  walk, stand, bend, read, write, eye to hand coordination, depth perception and effective verbal communication. 

HAZARDS: Include, but are not limited to:  back strain, high noise level, exposure to heat, and sore feet.
