As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Installation Team as an Installation/Permitting Coordinator.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Installation/Permitting Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the installation process, including obtaining permits, scheduling installations, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Permitting Process: Research and obtain necessary permits for HVAC and Power installations in various jurisdictions. Ensure all permit applications are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to HVAC and Power installations.
• Installation Coordination: Schedule HVAC and Power installations based on customer requirements and technician availability. Communicate effectively with customers to coordinate installation dates and address any concerns or questions. Coordinate with internal teams, such as technicians and project managers, to ensure smooth and efficient installations.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of permits, installation schedules, and project documentation. Ensure installations comply with company standards, industry regulations, and customer specifications. Assist in resolving any compliance issues or discrepancies that may arise during the installation process.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on completed installations to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations. Address any issues or deficiencies identified during quality inspections and coordinate corrective actions with the installation team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the home services industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in computer software for scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping.
