Collaborate with environmental services staff to ensure cleanliness and sanitization of patient care areas.14. Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to infection control activities and investigations.15. Conduct research studies on infection prevention and control, and disseminate findings through publications or presentations.Qualifications and Skills:1. Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field (Master's degree preferred).2. Active registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.3. Certification in infection control (CIC) or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.4. Proven experience in infection control, preferably in a healthcare setting.5. Strong knowledge of infectious diseases, epidemiology, and infection control guidelines.6. Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and draw conclusions for decision-making.7.
