Allguard Termite and Pest Control is a local, Veteran Owned business looking for hard working, growth minded individuals to join our team in the Ventura area including Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley etc. We are currently seeking a Pest Control Applicator/Technician to work on maintaining and growing a pest control route, effectively treat infestations for residential and commercial customers and perform Termite/WDO treatments. **Pay based on license(s) and experience**
MUST HAVE CLEAN DMV RECORD. Already have a Pest license Branch 2 or 3? Higher pay based on license and experience! No Pest Control License? We are willing to train the right candidate from related industries like construction, landscaping, building maintenance etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Apply pesticides/insecticides to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions.
* Drive company vehicle to customers' houses or places of business.
* Clean Driving Record (REQUIRED).
* Physically Able to Lift 50 lbs., work on a 2-Story Ladder and work in attics and crawl spaces.
* Call customers to confirm scheduled services.
* Respond on a timely basis to customers' requests for telephone and in-person service calls.
* Able to Work Independently.
* Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition.
