Infection Control Manager develops and implements infection control policies designed to reduce or eliminate outbreaks in the facility. Develops and implements facility-wide infection prevention and control measures to protect patients, staff and visitors. Being an Infection Control Manager monitors patient care for compliance with established standards and investigates known or suspected sources of infections in order to determine the source and ensure control. Develops and provides related education to staff. Additionally, Infection Control Manager complies with state, federal and Joint Commission standards relating to infection control. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Infection Control Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. We are looking for a Qualifying Agent for our Security Company startup. We are a highly experienced and highly effective team. This is a full-time position with competitive pay increase overtime. Preferred candidates are retired LEO or Military.
```Duties```
- Complete state qualification tests and applications. (paid for by the company)
- Manage and train security personnel on emergency response procedures
- Coordinate with external vendors for security equipment maintenance and upgrades
- Investigate incidents of theft, vandalism, or other security breaches
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and prepare reports as needed
```Qualifications```
- Over 3 years of verifiable experience in Security Supervisor position.
- Or over 3 years of verifiable experience as an E-5 or above in the Military.
- Or over 3 years of verifiable experience as a Sergeant or above in Law Enforcement.
- Complete the Qualifying Agent State Exam
- Complete the Qualifying Agent Application Process (~2 Months)
You will have help from a highly effective team throughout the lengthy application process. Chosen candidates will sign a contract with the company to complete the application process. This is a startup with extraordinary potential. Pay is projected to increase exponentially overtime.
