Title: Analyst 2 - Information Security

Location: Raritan, NJ

Duration: 1 year Part Time, 25 hours/week

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Johnson & Johnson through external staffing partners of Kelly OCG. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by a contract staffing supplier and will not be an employee of Johnson & Johnson 

Summary:  

Johnson and Johnson is looking for an individual that can help us support the security questionnaire that we need to complete from the different hospital and clinical sites. 

Responsibilities:  

• The candidate would be responsible for fielding the security risk assessments that we are receiving from the hospital networks we are working to activate as a CAR-T customer.
• This resource will be responsible for reviewing each question and providing a response to that question. To be successful at that task, they will need to do the following: Learn and have a full understanding of the JNJ IAPPs Come up to speed on the application specific controls we have implemented.
• Resource will be responsible for maintaining a question-and-answer bank in Excel that documents the question, the answer, some category/sub-category indexing, site asking the question.
• Resource will be responsible for reaching out to appropriate technical/security team members when a question cannot be answered from the Q&A bank.
• Resource will be responsible for driving the review process by leading a weekly stand up or review call where they report out all the assessments they have in motion and collecting updates from team members if the process is being held up.
• Resource will be responsible for monitoring a shared inbox with our customers and pulling the communications into our internal communication tracker tool in Microsoft Teams 

Qualifications:  

• Salesforce.com experience and exposure to standard security controls, e.g., common access controls, principle of least privilege, standard encryption protocols, etc.
• Security knowledge (Hitrust and SOC 2 certification exp and Salesforce exp.)
• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• 3-5 Years of experience
