As our Director of IT, you will manage our IT staff and create a collaborative tech environment across all AMT locations. Working closely with executive staff in our Peoria, Illinois headquarters office, this Director will identify, develop, and implement cost-effective technology solutions.
Job Duties:
Provide leadership, vision, and management to all the IT needs for AMT
Manage IT Staff
Oversee technical projects to align with organizational goals
Support server, network, telecommunications, desktop, and mobile hardware, as well as business software and applications
Manage IT vendor contracts and coordinate all IT asset procurement
Maintain security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment
Create annual budget; hold department accountable to budget and explain variances throughout the year
Manage security incident response
Bachelors degree in information technology, information systems, or similar field required
MCSE required
CCNA required
Proficient in Windows, Office, Exchange, Meraki, Veeam, Nimble Storage, VMWare and Cisco
