Information Security Manager is responsible for developing and managing Information Systems cyber security, including disaster recovery, database protection and software development. Manages IS security analysts to ensure that all applications are functional and secure. Being an Information Security Manager develops and delivers IS security standards, best practices, architecture and systems to ensure information system security across the enterprise. Implements procedures and methods for auditing and addressing non-compliance to information security standards. Additionally, Information Security Manager migrates non-compliant environments to compliant environments. Evaluates the organization to ensure compliance with standards and relevance with industry security norms. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Responsibilities:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Overseeing site safety and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Documenting incidents accurately and promptly.
- Conducting inspections of security officers to ensure compliance and professionalism.
- Providing emergency relief and managing crisis situations effectively.
- Orienting and training all guards on site.
- Evaluating employees' performance and providing constructive feedback.
- Assigning security posts and managing guard schedules.
- Utilizing and managing guard management software effectively.
- Resolving conflicts among team members and stakeholders.
- Creating and maintaining accurate schedules for optimal coverage.
Duties:
Ensure accurate documentation of site logbook entries, vertical tour reports, visitors' log, maintenance log, and incident reports, and submit all necessary documents to the NFS Executive Team and Client Contact.
Prepare monthly and periodic reports on site activities for Client Contact and NFS Executive Team.
Conduct regular inspections of security personnel to ensure they embody the professional image of NFS, are well-groomed, and in proper uniform during their shifts.
Educate and enforce NFS regulations and site policies and procedures, providing training to all employees on-site.
Enforce disciplinary action notices for employees who violate company rules and procedures, reporting them to the Chief of Operations and Human Resources.
Make recommendations for employee promotions, suspensions, and terminations based on work history and performance.
Review and address issues regarding the utilization and maintenance of security equipment, notifying the appropriate personnel.
Perform unannounced site inspections to ensure guards' compliance with company rules and procedures.
Maintain open communication channels with guards, NFS, and management to address security needs and promptly resolve any problems.
Fulfill all duties of a Security Guard and perform related tasks as required.
Education and Training Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Proficiency in operating radio communications equipment and computerized security alarm systems.
Security Guards must possess a valid license.
Drug testing is mandatory.
