• Focus primarily on ensuring client satisfaction, which is key to succeeding as an Account Manager at AX9 Security. 
• Supervise and approve employee time entries for accuracy and adherence to established schedules. 
• Develop and maintain vendor profiles with contact information and services provided. 
• Monitor time and attendance systems regularly to track employee clock-ins accurately and maintain records. 
• Keep detailed records of employee absences and communicate relevant information to the scheduling team. 
• Implement strategies to minimize disruptions caused by unexpected absences. 
• Work closely with department heads to ensure adequate staffing levels. 
• Conduct site inspections as necessary to evaluate operations and address any issues. 
• Stay alert for missed patrols and take corrective actions to uphold service quality. 
• Collaborate with security teams to improve alarm monitoring processes. 
• Take proactive measures to find replacement staff in case of no-call, or no-show incidents. 
• Document and address instances of non-compliance with attendance policies. 
• Manage device codes for operational equipment, ensuring proper usage. 
• Provide support to staff using time and attendance systems. 
• Address operational issues promptly with a focus on resolving them at the lowest level. 
• Establish protocols for periodic well-being checks to ensure staff safety and address immediate needs.

**NY/NJ Guard Card License is a prerequisite.**

**A valid Driver's License is mandatory.** 

**Applicants must be at least 25 years old. ** 

**Security experience helpful, but not necessary**
