General Responsibilities
-
Accounts for day-to-day operations of the regional team, assisting the Director of Operations with managerial and administrative duties. Maintains communication between the staff and the Director of Operations.

Maintains communication between the branch and management by preparing any reports of operations and productivity.

Maintains communication with client-designated points of contact at each location.
-
Assists the scheduler to ensure all shifts are covered.

Assists staff by phone email or text as needed—and must be available for emergency assistance 24/7.

Stands post as needed.

Writes and submits Post Orders to the Director of Operations for review and upload.
-
Maintains unarmed/armed Nevada security license.
-
Must have Graveyard/ Weekend availability
Training Responsibilities
-
Conducts Site Checks.
-
Supports, guides, and trains staff as needed.
-
Assist in training staff regarding operations and policies.
-
Ensures employees acknowledge and comply with Post Orders.
-
Helps run FTO program.
Safety Responsibilities
-
Assists in managing the security and safety of our clients by analyzing security and safety policies and procedures.
-
Assists in disseminating suspect information to the staff when required.
-
Ensures record and submission of all incidents and use of force situations through the proper channels.
-
Attends weekly operations meetings via Zoom.
-
Helps set up new accounts in all geographical areas of responsibility (AOR).

Review incident reports on Trak Tik (security officer-utilized software) that have been approved by supervisors and then forward reviewed reports to clients or Director of Operations.

Manage onboard and offload of employees into Lighthouse.

Assist with the academy as needed and conduct training in certified categories.

Assist with scheduling as needed.

Ensure compliance with all SSNW quality standards, policies, and procedures.

Conduct site assessments and write POS.
Skills / Abilities

Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office.

Basic computer skills in navigating websites and applications.

Compensation / Schedule
-
Anticipate 50-60 hours per week.
-
Be ready and willing to work swing, night, and day shifts with prior knowledge and agreement.
