Manages IS security analysts to ensure that all applications are functional and secure. Being an Information Security Manager develops and delivers IS security standards, best practices, architecture and systems to ensure information system security across the enterprise. Implements procedures and methods for auditing and addressing non-compliance to information security standards. Additionally, Information Security Manager migrates non-compliant environments to compliant environments. Evaluates the organization to ensure compliance with standards and relevance with industry security norms. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Information Security Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. We are recruiting to fill an Information Security Manager position responsible for maintaining the judiciary’s information technology security policies and procedures as they relate to cyber security training, mobile device management, threat detection/mitigation, user provisioning, security policy compliance and enterprise technology auditing. The Information Security Manager develops and recommends OSCA policies, procedures and methods to protect sensitive data and information from being compromised and must create system security policies to eliminate computer hackers, viruses and other dangers associated with data security.

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with at least fifteen (15) semester hours in computer science, computer information systems, or closely related areas and six (6) years of professional and relevant technical computer information technology systems experience. Including at least two (2) years of experience with supervisor or project management responsibility.
