As a Senior Solution Consultant – Extended Services, you will utilize Jubilant’s own methodology called Jubilant One LaunchTM. This methodology is a blend of UKG requirements coupled with Jubilant’s methods and tools to provide the customer with The Jubilant ExperienceTM. We see 100% customer satisfaction as our focus. As a Sr. Solution Consultant – Extended Services within the Jubilant Team, we see 100% customer satisfaction as our focus. Our job is to ensure success, so when presented with a situation that compromises customer success, they must think outside the box and deliver solutions that will ensure customer satisfaction. Main project tasks may include requirements gathering, data discovery, project planning, business process transformation consulting, UKG Product Suite functional configuration, testing/validating, and managing customer needs and sentiment through the completion of the assigned project or throughout the duration of an Extended Services agreement. They understand project management techniques and processes for UKG Pro-based projects. Additionally, they are expected to demonstrate leadership by mentoring newer consultants, effectively managing customer engagements with little oversight, and championing the adoption of new services and mastery of new products and features.

The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $115,000.
