USA Insulation, a leading supplier of both residential and commercial insulation materials and services nationwide with more than 70 branches across the country, is searching for a professional Salesperson to join our Chattanooga, TN team. As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will assess the homeowner’s insulation requirements in detail and present appropriate options along with pricing to them onsite. Additionally, you will book an installation appointment as part of the sale. Compensation: - Earn up to $100,000 each year! This is a 100% commission-only position. Our most successful sales consultants run appointments 6 days per week. Year one compensation should be between $60,000 - $80,000. Many reps earn a six-figure income at USA Insulation.

The company will set one to three appointments per day for you. Self-generation is strongly encouraged and rewarded with an increased commission.

• 3-5 years of home sales experience preferred
• Able to work independently
• Must have a smartphone and working knowledge of mobile apps
• Previous CRM experience is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
