Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Business Analyst Manager, and working with a team of other Business Analysts and IT specialists, assists in the design, testing and implementation of behavioral health software systems used by CMHA-CEI for operational, management and reporting purposes. Collects and prioritizes internal customer requests. Designs report layouts, procedures for data input, and timeline requirements. Develops procedures for keeping the data up-to-date and accurate. Works with end users in the design and development of new clinical documents and other enhancements to the agency’s electronic health record. When needed, provides end user support for the behavioral health software systems. Responsible for carrying out all activities of the program/sub-unit in such a manner that fulfills CMHA-CEI’s mission, policies and procedures.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management or related field is required; a combination of education and directly related experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Strong skills in the use of spreadsheets required. Working familiarity with databases, including underlying concepts required. Access to reliable means of transportation for job related use required. Must be able to pass a State of Michigan police clearance check. Must demonstrate good judgement and leadership skills. Must be able to communicate accurately and effectively in verbal and written form. Must be physically able to access Agency locations and various meeting sites.
Conditional Employment Requirements: Employment offers for this position will be contingent upon the results of a background verification and credentialing procedure consisting of: Michigan State Police clearance check, educational background check, and verification of an acceptable work history. Must pass a pre-employment 5-panel drug screen.

Salary/Hours: Starting salary commensurate with education and experience. 40 hours per week.
Location: General Administration/Information Services, Lansing, Michigan. Position is hybrid/in-office with 4 days remote and 1 day per week on-site required.
