What You’ll Do : We are currently seeking Sales Consultants in a full time role of 40 hours per week, across our territories and states, to join us in providing an exceptional customer experience to Salon Services PRO internal and external customers.

Your primary objectives will be to : Maintain existing relationships with our clients, managing their region and accounts as assigned, for a goal of 100% retention.

Provide consistent and high-level customer service with the ability to rectify any customer complaints with a goal of 0 customer complaints.

Develop and implement detailed, comprehensive sales strategies to build salon business in a minimum of your top 10 accounts.

Prospect and create new relationships and business partnerships.Meet assigned KPIs on a regular basis.Manage and attend regular calendar appointments with existing clients, and prospects.

Manage social media accounts, making regular posts, driving engagement and interaction, in accordance with our social media policy and guidelines.

Coordinate, support, and attend company and brand partner events on a regular basis.Travel overnight, once per month, in Utah.
