You will be responsible for showing apartments and providing excellent customer service to prospects and residents. Outstanding sales ability and organizational skills are preferred.

Requirements

To be a top candidate for this role you will need at least 1 year of sales and excellent customer service experience showing apartments to prospects with the ultimate goal of securing a lease. Provide productive and ongoing contributions toward maintaining occupancy and customer satisfaction at a premium level. Completion of leasing paperwork, and other assigned duties.
