QUALIFICATIONS
The qualified candidate must possess basic knowledge of the Windows OS environment along with PC hardware and software troubleshooting skills. Basic understanding of networking and cloud applications as well.
A bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or A certification is preferred with at least one (1) year of experience in computer related customer support, installation, and troubleshooting. Also, a valid driver’s license.
