• Trusted Employee: You must possess an active Top Secret security clearance.

What you’ll do:

• The Contractor shall manage, operate, and maintain information technology (IT) for facilities at Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM. Occasionally travel to the Washington D.C. Office may be required. The contractor shall provide services that operate IAW standard Air Force and DoD IT environments.

Functional Description –

• Tracking costs and monitoring progress
• Task reporting and resource planning
• Allocating and reporting
• Maintaining and updating documentation
• Preventing unauthorized work
• All tasked efforts should be coordinated between the Contract Lead, the IT Chief, and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
• The Contractor shall execute the contract IAW this PWS and shall develop and adhere to a Contractor’s Quality Control Plan (QCP) and provide and supervise staff to execute this contract on day-to-day contract activities.
• The Contract Lead shall provide weekly status reports to including manning levels, monthly IT status reports, as well as Contract Status Reports with invoices for the life of this contract.
• The Contract Lead shall prepare and provide presentation material to meeting requirements for this contract on a semi-annual basis.
