Information Technology Auditor Manager manages audit projects of information systems, platforms, and operating procedures following established policies and standards for efficiency, accuracy, and security. Coordinates resources and deliverables for annual and ongoing evaluations of IT infrastructure and establishes controls and audit procedures to identify areas of risk or non-compliance. Being an Information Technology Auditor Manager evaluates audit results and recommend improvements in current risk management controls, system implementation, and upgrade processes. Develops staff capabilities and competencies with training and coaching that reflect IT auditing best practices. Additionally, Information Technology Auditor Manager communicates overall regulatory, compliance, or operational readiness assessment results and follow-up action items to stakeholders. Coordinates external audit projects and initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Information Technology Auditor Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Information Technology Auditor Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Job Summary: Develop strategies and coordinate efforts related to HR systems, Reporting and Analysis. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing Bealls’ HR Systems, data analysis, and reporting efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills, as they will be both a manager and an individual contributor. Supervisory Responsibilities: - May directly supervise one or more system/reporting analysts. Duties/Responsibilities: - Collaborates with HR and Technology leaders and team members to align HR technology solutions with Human Resources business goals. - Identifies needed improvements and enhancements to existing HR systems, databases and reporting; recommends and implements solutions. - Works with Technology team to develop functional specifications based upon business and functional requirements. - Coordinates system configuration and quality assurance efforts for HR system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. - Will work with Technology Project Manager to lead efforts to implement new Workforce Management System. - Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR employees. - Compiles or assists with acquisition of data reports, summaries, and logs requested by leadership and HR team members. - Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects. - Ensures HR system compliance with data security and privacy requirements. - Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications. - Performs other duties as required. Required Skills/Abilities: - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. - Ability to keep information confidential. - Thorough understanding of database construction. - Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product. Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Human Resource Management. - At least five years of Human Resources Systems Analyst or related experience required with at least one year in a supervisory position. - Experience in implementing/modifying HR systems, reports and processes. - Experience in retail operations preferred. - SHRM, CEBS, CCP or similar designations preferred. Physical Requirements: - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
