Information Technology Auditor Manager manages audit projects of information systems, platforms, and operating procedures following established policies and standards for efficiency, accuracy, and security. Coordinates resources and deliverables for annual and ongoing evaluations of IT infrastructure and establishes controls and audit procedures to identify areas of risk or non-compliance. Being an Information Technology Auditor Manager evaluates audit results and recommend improvements in current risk management controls, system implementation, and upgrade processes. Develops staff capabilities and competencies with training and coaching that reflect IT auditing best practices. Additionally, Information Technology Auditor Manager communicates overall regulatory, compliance, or operational readiness assessment results and follow-up action items to stakeholders. Coordinates external audit projects and initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Information Technology Auditor Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Information Technology Auditor Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Envision Technology, an innovative small business providing advanced electro-optical and uncrewed solutions for defense and security applications, seeks an Information Security Manager. In this role, you are responsible for the implementation and continued evolution of Envision’s cybersecurity posture, to include information security systems infrastructure, preventative security, incident response, business continuity, compliance with numerous industry and regulatory standards including but not limited to CMMC and NIST 800-171. The overarching objective of this role is to ensure Envision is well postured to proactively prevent, mitigate, and respond to cyber threats.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer network and data security, including active directory, group policy, firewalls, endpoint and email security.
    • Further develop, implement, and enforce existing CMMC, NIST 800-171, and export compliance security controls.
    • Provide detailed security-related reports including data, analysis, and conclusions upon completion of tests, scans, and assessments, including mitigations and, if indicated, appropriate escalation of identified risks and vulnerabilities.
    • Manage the implementation and continuous improvement of Envision’s System Security Plan (SSP).
    • Additional tasks as required to meet the needs of the organization.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience, with 5 years of experience.
    • Proficiency working in environments subject to regulatory compliance requirements such as CMMC 2.0, NIST 800-171r2, ITAR, DFARS and other similar requirements.
    • Desire to obtain industry certifications such as IT or Risk Management certification (CRISC, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar related certifications).
    • Expertise in configuring network switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi equipment.
    • Experience with Microsoft 365 GCC High.
    • Familiarity with classified information systems is desired.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to interact with customers, suppliers, and other external personnel.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
    • Attention to detail.
