Information Technology Auditor Manager manages audit projects of information systems, platforms, and operating procedures following established policies and standards for efficiency, accuracy, and security. Coordinates resources and deliverables for annual and ongoing evaluations of IT infrastructure and establishes controls and audit procedures to identify areas of risk or non-compliance. Being an Information Technology Auditor Manager evaluates audit results and recommend improvements in current risk management controls, system implementation, and upgrade processes. Develops staff capabilities and competencies with training and coaching that reflect IT auditing best practices. A Typical Day
The Project Manager, Operational Technology directs and oversees the Program Management Office (PMO) for the OT function. This position ensures that OT programs and projects meet organization goals and requirements. This position provides guidance on PMO policies and processes to other Operational Technology staff and collaborates with other department leaders to develop associated projects and programs. They will directly manage small to medium sized OT projects.
Job Responsibilities
•Manage the OT Portfolio of projects from current year to 3 years ahead.
•Ensure application of PMO processes and policies within the OT function.
•Ensure regular reporting on OT projects through PMO processes.
•Manage directly OT projects.
•Work with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs
•Provide financial reports and budget outlines.
•Manage the introduction of new assets and the retirement of obsolete OT assets as part of the OT Capital projects execution.
•Drive organization change management activities within the project framework.
What You Will Need
•Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science or related field plus 5 years related experience, OR Master’s degree plus 3 years related experience.
•Experience leading a cross-functional team with project initiation, planning and creating baselines for constraints (schedule, budget, risk and scope) and project governance and control.
•Experience working with software implementation partners to deliver projects.
